The application is deployed and technically delivered through the Manus managed platform. Manus’ official publishing documentation states that it provisions the cloud infrastructure, deploys the application and configures TLS; the public response for tblyachts.com identifies the Manus proxy. The applicable hosting contract remains the controlling evidence for any further statutory particulars, including a telephone number not verified in the public Manus materials reviewed.

The website presents yacht-sourcing, hospitality and marine-coordination capabilities. It is an information and enquiry interface only: it does not accept payment, conclude a charter, confirm a booking, warrant availability or make the publisher the maritime carrier. For each project, the contractual role of THEOBLUE TRAVEL, the vessel operator and every other provider must be stated in the proposal and governing documents.

Yacht, berth, capacity, route, duration, price, schedule, landing, access, permits and service details remain indicative until documentary, technical and contractual confirmation. Maritime operations remain subject to the identified professional operator and captain, vessel, crew, insurance, weather, sea state, port and authority requirements.

No consumer sale is concluded on this website. If a project is subsequently offered to a consumer, mandatory pre-contractual information, applicable service terms, withdrawal information or a precisely identified lawful exception, complaint route and consumer-mediator details must be supplied before commitment. If the project falls within the French travel-services regime, the required registration, financial guarantee and professional-liability evidence must be verified before sale or collection of funds.

Nothing in this notice limits mandatory consumer rights or any statutory or contractual liability applying to THEOBLUE TRAVEL according to its actual role.
