We qualify the mission, search availability, review operational suitability and issue a limited selection as Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3. Each option includes only the imagery and characteristics required to make an informed first decision. Names, owner-sensitive information and direct sourcing clues are withheld from client-facing proposals until the appropriate stage.
