Before departure, the operating team reconfirms the craft, crew, passenger information, luggage, embarkation point, receiving contact and the latest marine outlook. If conditions move outside the agreed comfort or safety framework, the decision is communicated through the nominated assistant or lead organiser rather than debated at the pontoon. Chauffeur resources can then be adjusted to preserve the wider itinerary. Positions close to the Palais, including high-demand areas of the Vieux-Port, are subject to harbour allocation, availability, vessel dimensions, event-period arrangements and formal approval. No precise berth is guaranteed before written confirmation.

Potentially, but navigation changes the certified capacity, service plan, guest manifest and safety framework. We assess a cruising sequence separately from the quayside event.

Temporary exterior branding may be possible with owner consent, technical validation and any required port approval. Materials, fixing methods, visibility and removal must be agreed in advance. We never promise hull branding before feasibility is confirmed.
